Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $9.99
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — $19.99
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day — $34.99
• Free Shipping: Orders over $400 qualify for free standard shipping

All peptide products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging including insulated containers and ice packs to maintain product integrity during transit.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on state or local regulations.

Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. You can also check order status by contacting our support team. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order at no additional cost.

Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign at the delivery address.
