Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging. Products that have been opened, tampered with, or partially used are not eligible for a refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Include a reason for the refund request
  • Attach photos if the product is damaged
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days

4. Return Shipping

For eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You are responsible for securely packaging the product. Products damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging may not be refunded.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned after 14 days
  • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To obtain a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
